• Health Campus Nutrition

  • St. Anthony North Health Campus is dedicated to supporting a culture of health where making a healthy food choice is the easy choice.

We make nutrition a priority, offering whole food options for our patients, visitors and staff.

    North Peak Café

Hours: Monday - Sunday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
The North Peak Café located inside the St. Anthony North Health Campus is focused on giving visitors and associates healthy meal choices while at the facility. Featuring a Churrasco (Brazilian steakhouse) Grill, wood fire pizza oven and cooking demonstration station, the chefs are able to prepare unique, wholesome meals for all to enjoy. Additionally, the health campus has removed all fried food options from the patient menu, café and catering menu, and there are no deep fryers in the North Peak Café or anywhere inside St. Anthony North Health Campus. The name of the café was chosen by an associate; it was named North Peak because you can see Longs Peak, the northernmost fourteener in Colorado, from the health campus.

The North Peak Café also offers cooking demonstration classes to help the community learn more about healthy eating habits with creative yet nutritious dishes. Find a list of upcoming cooking classes.

    Healthier OptionRethink Your Drink

In an effort to foster healthy food choices, St. Anthony North Health Campus has removed all sugar sweetened beverages from the health campus. Regular soda, sweetened fruit-flavored drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, sweetened teas and sweetened coffee beverages contain added sugar and empty calories, but have few, if any, essential nutrients. These beverages will no longer be sold at St. Anthony North Health Campus. We continue to offer a variety of sparking waters, flavor-infused water, sugar-free vitamin waters, fat-free and low-fat milk, unsweetened teas, coffee and diet sodas.

    Green Light, Eat Right

To help you make healthy nutrition choices, St. Anthony North Health Campus uses a green traffic light icon to showcase food and beverage options that are a better choice. Look for this icon in our North Peak Café, and Tea and Catertrax menus to identify which options are healthiest.
